Brunch at the Skotnes

It’s been ages since the last post but we’re back, a slow start to 2023, to be sure. Here’s a brunch to savour at the Skotnes Restaurant at the Norval Foundation in Constantia.

The decor has an organic feel with natural textures and soothing biophilic tones.

This was unexpected. There’s a restaurant at the Norval gallery with a separate entrance (ie no entry fee applicable) and you can order oodles of delicious things.

I snapped photos of some dishes on the pass (apple oats and baked eggs) the stylish lighting in the bathrooms, the super-stylish lampshades above a table set for a biggish lunch.

Of course my Hemporium SA twine tote was there, totally at home in the organic restaurant. A coffee/art destination, for sure.
