Life after lockdown: I hope that we will have a renewed sense of what is most important in life and how little we need in order to be content, a greater sense of community, an empathetic and active citizenry, and a deep understanding that we should never take what we have for granted.

I popped in to the Vegan Lifestyle Fair and chatted to vegan ayurveda cook Michelle from Indikaap Vegan Ayurveda. She was making fresh dosa – fermented rice pancakes – and filling them with coconut chutney and vegetables. Served with a ‘soup’ or sauce that you dip your dosa into. So delicious.
